Tenders are invited for System Developer of The Integrated Fleet Management System (IFMS) for The Ethiopian Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MOTL) TradeMark Africa (TMA), formerly TradeMark East Africa, is an Aid-for-Trade organisation established in 2010, with the aim of growing prosperity through increased trade. TMA-s headquarters are in Nairobi, Kenya with offices in: EAC Secretariat - Arusha, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somaliland, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. TMA-s operations are based on the tenets of the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) with the objective of delivering Agenda 2063 by eliminating barriers to trade and boosting intra-Africa trade through investment, digital trade, and value-addition. TMA operates on a not-for-profit basis and is funded by: Belgium, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Canada, Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The Horn of Africa has been allocated grant funds that are eligible for direct payments under the contracts for which this request for proposal is issued.
