- Tenders are invited for Supply of IT Equipment to 43 School Networks After having obtained the opinion of no objection to the provisional award of the contract cited above in the letter referenced under number AFD/BUJ/2023/88 of May 17, 2023 from the French Development Agency, I have honor to announce that contract NĀ°02/TN/F/2022 relating to the supply of computer equipment for 43 school networks has been provisionally awarded after an increase in quantities to the tenderer HEDGES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LCC-BU.TT for an amount six hundred sixty thousand six hundred seventy six eighty cents USD (660,676.80 USD) excluding all taxes. For unsuccessful bidders, the reasons for the rejection of their bids are: Bidder No. Reasons for rejection 1 RABUS did not provide the technical specifications of the computers and inverters to be supplied. RABUS has also not demonstrated that it will be able to provide after-sales service if necessary, either directly or by subcontracting 2 BDIVISION-TTS Did not provide the technical specifications of the supplies. This failure is considered major and its technical offer is essentially non-compliant. 3 SFAI presented the larger dimensions of the box compared to those requested in the CAD. He has an average turnover over the last three years of eight hundred and sixty-nine thousand one hundred and forty-four Euros (ā¬869,144.94) and has never performed a similar contract with a minimum value of ā¬500,000. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 4 DAYAN COMPANY has an average annual turnover of ā¬364,464.42 over the last three years, whereas one million two hundred thousand (1,200,000) EUR) was requested in the DAO. No contract, with a minimum value of EUR 500,000, has been executed by this company. The technical specifications are a copy-paste of the DAO. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 5 MASTER INNOV BURUNDI has an average turnover over the last three years of one million five hundred and forty-nine thousand eighty-four point ninety Euros (ā¬1,549,084.90) and has never performed a similar contract for a minimum value of EUR 500,000. It does not meet the qualification criteria for this contract. 6 BCCO has an average turnover over the past three years of one million seven hundred and ninety five thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven point sixty-three Euros (ā¬1,795,827.63) but has never performed a similar contract in a minimum value of EUR 500,000.
