The OBR invites, by this Invitation to Tender, interested bidders to submit their bids under closed envelopes for the provision of technical support on the IP telephony system and Phonex, the specifications of which can be found in the second part of this Invitation to Tender Document. 2. Funding. The Market is 100% financed from OBR's own funds, fiscal year 2021-2022. 3. Market specification The award of this Contract will be conducted by Open International Call for Tenders as defined in the Burundi Public Procurement Code. 4. Allotment This contract consists of a single lot: the provision of technical support on the IP telephony and Phonex. 5. Completion time The timeframe for the provision of technical support on the IP telephony system and Phonex, in accordance with to the technical specifications of the DAO, is set at sixty (60) calendar days from the date of final notification of the contract, but a tenderer may propose a shorter deadline.
