• Description:
• The services provided for this contract include: (i) the design and implementation of a powerful monitoring-evaluation system, adapted to the specificities of the project, as indicated in the project document; (ii) The dissemination of products from the said system to the actors involved in the implementation of the project, including the Ministry of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, the Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture and Livestock , bad, fida, etc. ; (iii) the preparation of quarterly quantitative monitoring reports, including the measurement of results indicators as well as the qualitative monitoring of the project, in accordance with the monitoring and evaluation manual; (iv) production of project progress reports and the proposal of innovative approaches to achieve the results, taking into account the execution processes and the financial dimensions of projects; (v) the development of annual activity projects, including realization indicators to facilitate monitoring of their implementation; (VI) The holding of exhaustive documentation of the projects of the projects, guaranteeing the quality of the measurement of the indicators; (VII) Reinforcement ...
