Description:
The services provided for this contract include: (i) Planning of all the Patareb and Padcae-B markets in accordance with the project assessment report and the provisions of the donation agreement and the Protocol of donation agreement, (ii) Definition and implementation of principles and methods for conducting and monitoring all acquisition activities, in conjunction with the partners and parties concerned, (iii) Coordination of the Planning, implementation and monitoring of the procurement plan, and compliance with the established calendar, (iv) Elaboration and supervision of delegated project management agreements to set up, (v) Elaboration and/or Follow -up, in conjunction with the technical services concerned, the making of tenders (DAO), demonstrations of interest, requests for proposals (DDP) and consultation files for entrepreneurs or suppliers according to Standards and on time, and the launch of tenders, calls for expressions of interest and consultations, contribution to the development of technical files and terms of reference, ensuring compliance ...
