- In accordance with the terms of reference, the main mission of the environmental safeguard manager will be to ensure the implementation of the social backup instruments developed for the project, namely the environmental and social management framework (CGES), the Environmental Impact Studies and Social (EIES), the Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (PEES) and update them if necessary in accordance with environmental and social standards (NES) of the environmental and social framework (CES) of the BAD.
