Description:
In accordance with the terms, the main mission of the administrative and financial manager (RAF) will be to ensure the processing of administrative, accounting, financial and budgetary operations as well as the production of states, financial reports and budgetary states in accordance with the regulations in force and in compliance with the standards and forms required by the funder of funds. SA Mission is more specifically aims to: (i) supervise, organize and coordinate administrative, accounting and financial services, sometimes IT and general services; (ii) structure the representative data necessary for decisions; (iii) note the strengths and weaknesses of activities; (iv) attract the attention of honeys to short -term forecasts and formulate forecasts on medium -term strategies for the project; (V) According to the directives of honeys and the BAD to pay missions engaging saresponsibility (negotiation of financial resources, etc.)
