Tenders Are Invited The project aims at the following main objectives: The PASEREC Phase 1 aims to strengthen resilience in the face of the effects of climate change and the sustainable improvement in the socio-economic living conditions of populations in the program implementation area (Zip). Specifically, the program aims: (i) the development of resilient infrastructure for mobilization of water resources for drinking water supply on the one hand and for irrigation on the other, depending on the potential of resources in water ; (ii) strengthening institutional, organizational and individual capacities, and the development of knowledge products necessary for the harmonious, integrated and inclusive development of the sector and the efficient management of water resources and hydraulic works (including agricultural) at Burundi; And (iii) strengthening resilience to climate change and good control of the factors of fragility in the ZIP by based on an approach based on evidence.
